Problem - I risk losing my licence after speeding
"I have just been clocked at 86 mph in a 50 mph zone. I'm not denying I did it but the court wants me to appear for disqualification. Is there any way you can save my licence? "
Solution: We will look at your individual case and build up a defence using all available information, technical or otherwise.
Example: Mrs E was accused of travelling at 86 mph on a road with a 50 mph limit, and was all set to have a driving disqualification imposed. We looked at her case in detail and found promising grounds for her being acquitted. We represented Mrs E in court and not only won her case but also obtained a Defence Costs Order (DCO), which meant that our fees and the court fees were reclaimable by her.
Comment: Our advice is always tailored to the client, and since we have between us decades of motoring law experience, we can often come up with a winning technical defence in seemingly hopeless cases. This is one thing that lifts us above general lawyers and those with other specialities when it comes to motoring charges.
