I must apologise for leaving it so long , but I want to thank you all for the way you helped my son with his traffic problem. He suffered with Asperger's Syndrome which is a form of autism. After I was issued with a six month driving ban at Cambridge Magistrates Court, due to being caught at 113mph, I decided to give motoringlawyers.com a call to see if it would be worth lodging an appeal. I run my own business that 100% depends on my ability to drive so I decided I had to give it a try. After obtaining a few quotes I found motoringlawyers.com to be not only the cheapest quote but also the most friendly and professional people I spoke to. I would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to Mr Sylvester, after the prosecution offered "no case to answer" to my alleged speeding offence. I was getting nowhere with my protestations, but he concentrated on simple technical issues and won the day without a fight.
I was particularly impressed with his honesty about my chances, and the clarity and expertise of his arguments.
I had planned to defend myself - I am now so glad that I didn't, the details were too specialist for me to argue - and I have a law degree!
My recommendations to anyone would now be, when it comes to alleged driving offences, say nothing and do nothing - except to call Motoring Lawyers, and let them handle everything!
